The New York Skyliners extend heartfelt congratulations to the esteemed inductees of the 2024 Class of the Buglers Hall of Fame! These recognitions are richly deserved, and we take a moment to particularly honor our own:

Paul “Peanut” Peregrim: A beloved New York Skyliner Lifetime Member, Peanut was a stalwart Contra Bass player for both the Skyliners field corps and Alumni Corps. His enduring legacy also encompasses significant contributions to the Winter Sky organization. Though his induction is posthumous, his impact resonates in the hearts of the Skyliner family.

Althea Mazar: An extraordinary lifelong Mellophone player, Althea’s musical journey extended beyond the Skyliners field corps and Alumni Corps. Her melodious talents graced choruses, including the Skyliners Alumni Chorus. Being inducted posthumously, Althea’s legacy encompasses her time with the Saints Junior Corps and the Buccaneers Field and Alumni Corps.

John “Duke” Terreri: A true virtuoso, Duke’s five-decade-long career featured stellar performances as a featured soprano soloist with the Archer-Epler Musketeers, the New York Skyliners, and the Hawthorne Caballeros competitive and Alumni Corps. His enduring passion for music continues as he graces the stage with the Hawthorne Caballeros Alumni Corps.
